If you have insurance: Our office takes pride in assisting with dental insurance claims. We do our very best to obtain the most current and accurate information on your insurance benefits that have been provided to you through your insurance company. Your treatment plan will include an estimate of what your insurance benefit will cover based off of the information we receive from your insurance company. We can only be as accurate as they are. We ask that when you have an insurance or account question that you fill out our accounts question form so that we can expedite the proper actions to obtain a resolution to your question. We will work with your insurance company to be sure you receive the maximum benefit allowed, however, when a claim has been denied by your insurance company, the payment is due by you. We will continue to assist you in obtaining reimbursement when possible. Any credit on your account will be returned to you with in 14 business days.
