Gentle Dentistry of East Aurora PLLC began as a small practice with the intention of Dr. Leslie Glassbrenner to help as many people as possible fight dental disease. With less than 900 square feet, the application of this philosophy soon began a major expansion. Today, Gentle Dentistry has helped over 10,000 smiles and millions of teeth with the state of the art 6,000 square foot dental office! We continue to grow and expand to new locations that are just around the corner!
Our goal is to deliver a high quality dental service as instantly as possible in an efficient and caring manner which is financially accessible to the patient. To accomplish this goal, staff of Gentle Dentistry are trained daily in our on site training room learning dental technology, how to work well with people, handle fearful patients and how to help patients understand the treatment they need. This group approach has created a miraculous team. This team then services patients with the thought of giving our patients the treatment and service they themselves would expect. It's no wonder, despite all the television and radio advertisements about us, our number one referral source continues to be our patients. Thank you to all of our patients, from our family to yours!
Dr. Glassbrenner's desire to help people has now become more than just a passion. It is a reality. She has taken her learned skills and talents to new levels, sharing them with associate dentists of the practice as well as any other dentist of any practice who would like to learn. Coordination of this expanding practice is a full time responsibility and thus, she has chosen to put the actual practice of dentistry to the side while she helps other professionals help their practices and patients.
History is a process and Gentle Dentistry is always "in process" looking for new ideas and suggestions. We welcome your thoughts, as history is not built by an individual, but by a group.
