"Can you say 'I love my Dentist?'.  You will after being here.  There is no one with any greater fear of the Dentist than me.  When I was 5 my dentist hurt me and I bit him.  Ten years ago after just having a cleaning I went to the hospital with an anxiety attack so bad my doctor thought that I was going to die.  I broke my teeth twenty years ago.  I recently found Gentle Dentistry online and sent an email.  So easy huh?  They did all the rest.  I had an appointment the next day, had two root canals and five crowns done on my front teeth.  I NEVER FELT ANYTHING.  No pain, no discomfort.  If Gentle Dentistry had been here twenty years ago I would have had great teeth my whole life.  I now date, I'm interviewing for a job I like, I have a brand new PAIN FREE beautiful smile.  But more than that Gentle Dentistry has given me back my life!!!!  and confidence I lost twenty years ago.  They are caring and professional.  Do something great for yourself.  I LOVE MY DENTIST!

"OK. I admit it - I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work. It took me four times of dialing the phone number before I actually let the call go though. Kate answered and was very kind. I think I sounded like a babbling idiot as I explained what was wrong - a toothache. What else would drive me to call a dentist? Anyway the appointment was set for the very next day. When I walked in it was just as Kate described it. The waiting room really is like a living room. Not so scary. Krystal finally came to get me. I had a tour of the office and she explained about a lot of what goes on in the office. When she went to do x-rays she was very gentle and again explained exactly what she was doing. Would you believe she actually had me laughing? Me, the big baby, laughing in the dentist's office! Miracles do happen!" - Sue

I have had bad experiences at the dentist from age 6 and up but I'm happy to have found a dentist that I actually enjoy visiting. "Before I came here I had a dentist do work that all failed and he hurt me and made no apologies. So that made me insecure about going to get the work repaired. "My six and four year olds were fantastic. Not only did they respond well to the hygienist- the doctor's exam went just as smooth with their favorite movie playing. After they were rewarded again with tokens for the “Toy tower”. Just one word fantastic. "I had not been to a dentist in 40 years.  I was terrified to the point of talking to a psychiatrist who offered to write a statement to bring with me to advise that I may need to be put under for all dental work including cleanings.  I saw the commercial for Gentle Dentistry on TV, and thought a higher power had intervened and created this place just for me.  I wrote down the number but was still afraid to call.  Then one day I woke up with a toothache.  I was forced to make an appointment.  I spoke with Kate and she picked up on my anxiety right away.  She talked to me for a few minutes and was very reassuring.  When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, Amber, and was taken on a tour of the facility.  I was very impressed.  Then came in the angel named Melissa- kind, compassionate and willing to take the time that I needed to explain everything.  Then I met Dr. Plumb- to just take a peek!  I was given a payment plan and products: another worry resolved.  Then I met Iolanda (hygienist); the patience of a Saint.  She didn't rush or become disgusted with me like I know others would have given up and said to go elsewhere.  Next appointment:  One filling, oh no!  Not a drill!  My whole body shook.  Once again, baby steps, they walked me through every motion.  The doctor and Krystal (Production Director) were exceptional.  Guess what!  I had the filling with no Novocaine!  The only time I cried was when I was leaving this lovely group of people and they were tears of happiness and pride.  These people helped me to conquer my worst fear.  I am now showing off my new smile to the world.  My sister is now a patient too.  All my friends have told me 'If they can get into your mouth, we will go there too because that is no easy feat.'  Thanks so much for all of you.  And guess what? "I have been extremely skeptical about going to the dentist. My last dental experience was not a pleasant one. My friend referred me to Gentle Dentistry telling me they were great but reflecting on past experience I need to wait and see for myself. On my first visit I was greeted with a warm greeting by the new patient coordinator and then waited in the waiting room to be seen. After several minutes I was called and given the grand tour of the facility, which was beautiful and immediately I was given a letter apologizing a small gift for having to wait so long. I didn’t think it was a long wait but that showed me they truly care for their patients. I was also impressed how everything was explained and I was able to see what the doctor was talking about rather than just being told. I also appreciated the care and concern your staff showed me. "What a beautiful office. The dentist’s office is not always an enjoyable place to be but each person that was part of my & my children’s care were fabulous. The assistant took care of my x-ray portion and she was wonderful. Gentle Dentistry seemed state of the art to me. Everyone was efficient and personable as well as knowledgeable.
